Psychology, made readable.

KnowYourself exists because most people meet psychology either as a dense academic paper or as a novelty quiz. We build the middle: assessments grounded in established frameworks, written in plain language, and priced so anyone can afford a proper report.

How it works

Step 1

Choose an assessment

Ten assessments across personality, emotion, relationships and wellbeing. Each one tells you up front how long it takes and how many questions it has.

Step 2

Answer one question at a time

A single question fills the screen. No grids, no scrolling, no pressure — just a five-point agreement scale and a progress bar.

Step 3

See your preview

As soon as you finish, you see your scored dimensions and the headline of your profile, free of charge.

Step 4

Unlock the full report

The complete report adds your full profile narrative, main characteristics, strengths, potential challenges and practical recommendations — yours to download or share.

Our method

Each assessment is built on a published framework — the Big Five (OCEAN) model, Jungian type theory, the Enneagram, DISC, attachment theory, and standard wellbeing self-report scales. Items use a balanced five-point agreement scale with reverse-keyed questions to reduce response bias. Scores are normalised per dimension and reported as percentages, so no single answer can dominate your profile.

What we do not claim

Self-report assessments describe patterns; they do not diagnose. Our anxiety, mood and stress assessments are screening and self-assessment tools only. They cannot tell you whether you have a condition, and they are not a substitute for a conversation with a qualified professional. If a result concerns you, that conversation is the right next step.

Start with one assessment

Ten minutes now is usually worth more than ten articles later.
