What we collect
Your email address, an optional display name, the answers you give to each assessment, the scores calculated from those answers, and a record of any report you unlock. We do not ask for your real name, address or date of birth.
Why we collect it
Your answers exist so that we can score them and show you your results. Your account exists so you can return to reports you have unlocked. Payment records exist so we can prove your access and handle refunds.
Who can see your results
Only you. Results are stored against your account and protected by row-level security rules that make them unreadable to other accounts. Our staff do not browse individual results. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
Sensitive information
Answers to wellbeing and screening assessments are treated as sensitive. They are never used for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than producing your own report.
Payments
Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Card details are never sent to or stored on our servers — we keep only the amount, the currency, the status and the report the payment relates to.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can ask for your account and every associated result to be permanently deleted by contacting us; deletion is completed within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to hold an in-progress test. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us and we will action any valid request.
