Using KnowYourself
KnowYourself provides educational psychological self-assessments. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to give honest answers and to use the service for your own personal insight.
Not medical advice
Nothing on KnowYourself is medical advice, psychological treatment or a diagnosis. Our anxiety, mood and stress assessments are screening tools only. Never delay seeking professional help because of a result you saw here. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Payments and refunds
Unlocking a full report costs $1.49 as a one-off payment for that report. Bundles are also available: any 3 reports for $2.98, or all current and future reports for $14.49. Every option is a one-off payment — there is no subscription. Because reports are delivered instantly, refunds are offered at our discretion — contact us within 14 days if something went wrong and we will make it right. Unused bundle credits are not redeemable for cash.
Your content
Your answers and results belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and generate your report. You may download or share your own report freely.
Our content
Assessment items, profile texts and report structures are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute them for commercial purposes.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or retire assessments, and we may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowYourself is not liable for decisions made on the basis of an assessment result. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us.
